Terms of Service
Last Updated: October 2026 • Effective Immediately
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website (https://plumbingwestminsterca.com) or booking plumbing diagnostic or repair services through our telephone dispatch at (207) 419-2600, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Service Estimates and Authorizations
Our technicians perform an on-site physical evaluation of your plumbing system prior to executing repairs. An itemized written estimate specifying the scope of labor, materials, and municipal permit requirements will be presented for your written or verbal authorization before any billable work begins.
Unforeseen concealed conditions discovered during invasive work (such as deteriorated sub-slab pipes, substandard historical wiring, or unpermitted previous plumbing) will be documented and presented in an updated written scope prior to proceeding.
3. Compliance with California Building Standards
All installations, replacements, and repairs are executed in compliance with the California Plumbing Code (Title 24) and applicable municipal ordinances in Westminster, Midway City, Garden Grove, Stanton, Fountain Valley, and Huntington Beach. Required city permits and post-installation inspections will be coordinated in accordance with local municipal regulations.
4. Property Access and Safety
Clients agree to provide safe, unimpeded access to plumbing fixtures, shutoff valves, water heaters, and cleanouts. For the safety of our technicians and your household, pets must be secured during the service call.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of authorized residential plumbing services, unless alternative commercial billing arrangements have been agreed to in advance in writing. We accept standard payment methods including major credit cards, bank debit, and approved checks.
